The name "Biobrassica" brings together two ideas that guide everything we do: Bio, for organic farming and responsible production, and brassica, honouring the family of vegetables that symbolises the agricultural heritage of our region.
We are, above all, a store. We choose seasonal products with a focus on freshness, origin, and consistency, working with trusted suppliers and producers aligned with our values. Quality is monitored daily in-store, from receiving through to packaging and display, to guarantee fresh, safe products with clear provenance for our customers.
Our organic farm is a small-scale complementary project that supports the store. It serves to reinforce some products and maintain a direct connection to the land, without replacing our main activity: selecting and offering quality products to the community in-store.
